CAS S-2000JR is a general purpose price computing scale with 60 pound maximum capacity for direct sale of commodities in stores such as supermarkets, delicatessens and groceries. The scale features easy to read liquid crystal displays (LCD). The S2000JR has proven to be a top of the line fully featured retail price computing scale that is NTEP Approved Legal for Trade.
The Model S2000 Jr. is available in several different configurations which include dual range capacities for better accuracy. With the built in rechargeable battery, you can easily use the scale indoors or take it to the farmers market or produce stand. S2K Jr features display on both operator and customer side and is NTEP Approved CoC # 06-013 Legal for Buying & Selling based on weight. Connect with the optional CAS DT2X label printer & LST-8000B labels for a complete weighing system.

Capacity Dual Range x Readability

These S-2000 JR scales feature a "dual range" capacity. This is a nice feature that means you get increased readability that you probably wouldn't get on most other price computing scales. For example on a 60 pound capacity price computing scale from most other manufacturers, the scale will increment up/down from zero to 60 pounds in 0.02 lb increments. The 60 lb. S2000 JR displays weight from zero to 30 lbs in increments up/down in 0.01 lbs. Then from 30 to 60 lbs, the scale will increment up/down in 0.02 lb increments. |
