One note we have to mention regarding spare parts for this scale. Recently we had a customer who purchased one of these scales contact us with a broken part. The broken part was self inflicted, so no warranty but the real issue was spare parts. Cardinal does not stock parts for this scale. So if the scale fails within warranty period (1 year) you should be ok as long as it is a defect in workmanship. But if the scale breaks for some other reason, you will not be able to get spare parts for this scale.
