Today there are many choices when it comes to industrial floor scales and counting scales. Some people call them pallet scales, while other folks call them warehouse scales. Truthfully, there are many different ways that customers refer to a standard four foot long by four foot wide scale that sits on the floor. These work great in a warehouse setting if you're looking to weigh pallets. When you connect them to a digital counting scale, they also work great for counting large boxes of parts.
This item is a high quality C100 counting scale with your choice of capacity. We have everything from 6 lb up to 100 lb. Then we connect and calibrate the C100 counting scale to a high quality 4x4 industrial floor scale with large 5000 pound capacity. The result is an outstanding counting scale "system" that will allow you to count virtually anything in your warehouse. This is all brand new, high quality weighing equipment. The floor scale platform that we provide will be a brand new Industrial Floor Scale. The one pictured is a Brecknell but we will ship whatever high quality brand name deck we currently have in stock such as Brecknell, CAS, etc...
One suggestion we have is to make sure you use a floor scale connected to a real counting scale. Other items out there in the internet world like to use a digital weight indicator that says it has "counting" functions. The truth is, yes it does. However, you won't typically be able to get a good sample since you're actually going to be using the large floor scale to do samples. And, if you're trying to count out small parts, that strategy isn't going to work to well.
That is why you need a system like ours. The actual sample that you obtain is done using the C100 industrial counting scale. Then once you've obtained the average piece weight, that is transferred over to the floor scale so you can now count larger quantities if you wish.
