| Regarding the previous review, we published it since we try to be fair and give everyone a say, even if they do say bad things about our company and our product. However, it is important to note that nowhere do we say the scale and basket attach. In fact, we have never had anyone ask for that feature. If you want to attach the basket to the scale platter you probably could but it might involve drilling a couple of holes in the platter. That might take some common sense but you probably don't have to be a mechanical engineer to accomplish this task. And it might cost you a few dollars to buy some type of fastener from the hardware store which is well below the return costs the customer mentioned. | ||||

I would give this no stars if it were an option. The basket came separately from the actual scale. The plate on the scale is too small alone to handle bags of laundry to sit on it and get an accurate weight. There was no hardware to attach the basket to the scale plate, so it was unusable in its original state. When I contacted customer service, they said it probably wouldn't be difficult to go to the hardware store and find something you can use to attach the basket. Our employees are laundry attendants, not mechanical engineers who can fabricate fasteners to attach the basket. I had to send it back--with our shipping costs, we are out over $130 for an item we CANNOT use. I am sure that if the scale and basket were sold with fasteners to attach the basket to the scale that it would work fine, but as it is, I cannot recommend this product or this company. |

| This scale with basket works great and allows me to charge my customers a specific price per pound. Basket is heavy duty and scale is legal for trade. Priced pretty good too. I'm pleased with my purchase. Would recommend. | ||||
