Hello, We received the Model DS2100 Mechanical Scale on 7/8/13. Assembly instructions are not very clear. Item 8 of assembly instruction does not work well. The draft rod hook will not stay in place when you place the scale in the upright position. We contacted service 3 times this week. We are still working on resolution. |
